OVERVIEW OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY WLT CONSULTING, LLC:

v   Educate and train on Healthcare Reform and its impact
     on the behavioral health system

v   Assist in making recommendations that make or sustain a
     recovery oriented approach through assessments, training,
     consultation, system navigators and other tools that
     provide results

v  Assists state governments in establishing a Medicaid
    reimbursed Peer Support Service. This includes
    negotiations with Medicaid staff; assisting and development
    of a peer support certification process; and many other
    functions on the cutting edge of Healthcare Reform

v  Assists mental health agencies and authorities in the
    establishment of measurements for consumer outcomes
    and consumer involvement in the provision of services

v  Educate local providers to build and expand internal
    mechanisms for performance improvement and outcomes
    measurement

v  Facilitate negotiations among key stakeholders including
    county governments, local providers, consumers and
    families to improve partnerships between local service
    systems

v  Assist state, county authorities and local providers in
    making recommendations for changes in their policies,
    procedures and regulations that pose barriers to consumer’s
    recovery and community integration

v  Facilitates staff and other stakeholder processes in
    developing a vision and values that would assure consumer
    and family access to - and choice of - evidence-based best
    practice mental health services

v  Conduct training on recovery and consumer empowerment

v  Assist in the establishment and development of consumer
    operated services and business

v  Assist systems in the development of culturally competent
    systems of care
