RMP: Falititating an Individual's Recovery Through Best Practices is a workbook for clinicians, case managers and other workers in the behavioral health field. The workbook is a tool that helps to develop the skills of facilitating the recovery process ad building a partnership with the individual in which they are working with. The RMP process was developed for two reasons, as an enhancement of staff skills in conducting person -centered approach for treatment/service planning.
